KINGSLEY guarantees that your timepiece will be delivered free of material and workmanship defects and warrants dependable functioning of its movement according to the care and warranty specifications of your watch model.
WARRANTY RETURN POLICY
KINGSLEY will cover the shipping cost for return and replacement for:
Any watches delivered to a customer that arrived with shipping damages or manufacturing defects that is outside the warranty specifications. In order to be covered for shipping cost we must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the item if it has arrived with any damages or defects.
All sales are final on any custom made to order watches. It is rare for us to have any shipping damages, but in the event that a custom made watch arrived to the consumer damaged and we no longer have or cannot replace a damaged part, we will offer an option of parts or watches of equal or greater value to the consumer as an alternative replacement.
WARRANTY REPAIR POLICY
We provide FREE repair or replacement of damaged watch parts that are covered under warranty.
All warranty repairs will be subject to availability of components. If a component cannot be replaced or serviced, we will provide alternative options of equal or greater value.
